About Me

I’m Joel, based in Singapore. I graduated from the National University of Singapore in Industrial & Systems Engineering, with a second major in Data Analytics and a minor in Computer Science.

My experience spans private banking credit operations, Asia rates trade support, dairy derivatives and quantitative research. I’m interested in how quantitative thinking, systems and artificial intelligence come together in financial markets.

Outside work, I mentor juniors at NUS, make mead and scuba dive. I also enjoy photography and exploring somewhere new.
